Santa Rita, Guam (June 18, 2005) -- The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) underway near Orote Point, which marks the entrance to Apra Harbor, Guam. The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group is visiting Naval base Guam for a scheduled port visit. Nimitz is currently on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
