Santa Rita, Guam (Feb. 25, 2003) - Sailors aboard the nuclear powered
aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) raise the national ensign as
the ship ties-up to Kilo Wharf in Apra Harbor during the first ever
port call to Guam in the carrier's history. Carl Vinson is on a
regularly scheduled deployment in the Western Pacific Ocean. U.S. Navy
