Atlantic Ocean (Dec. 17, 2002) -- Aircrew Survival Equipmentman 1st
Class David Cummings, assigned to the "Vanguards" of Helicopter Mine
Countermeasure Squadron Fourteen (HM-14), monitors the flight deck of
the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) from an MH-53E "Sea Dragon"
helicopter prior to landing. The Sea Dragon helicopter is
capable of transporting up to 55 troops and towing a variety of
mine-countermeasures systems as their primary mission. U.S. Navy
