USS Abraham Lincoln heads for Australia
ARABIAN SEA -- The aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln, along with
other ships from their battlegroup, steams toward a scheduled port call
in Freemantle, Australia. The LINCOLN is home to nine air squadrons and
more than 70 embarked aircraft. The LINCOLN's presence in the region
contributes to the Pacific Command's mission of promoting peaceful
