Pacific Ocean (March 23, 2006) -- The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS
Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), and ships of the Japanese Maritime
Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) conduct a PASSEX in the Western Pacific.
Lincoln spent three days conducting exercises with JMDSF and took part
in an officer exchange program as part of a passing exercise. Lincoln
and Carrier Air Wing Two (CVW-2) are currently on a scheduled
