(May 2, 2003) -- Flying her "Homeward Bound" pennant and displaying a banner reading "Mission Accomplished," USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) steams triumphantly into San Diego Harbor upon her return from a 10 month deployment in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.  Lincoln will disembark Carrier Air Wing Fourteen (CVW-14) personnel in San Diego before transiting to her homeport of Everett, Washington.  U.S. Navy photo by Senior Chief Photographer's Mate Mahlon K.
