PACIFIC OCEAN (June 26, 2010) -- Electronics Technician 3rd Class Antonia Williams, from Lagrange, Ga., and Electronics Technician 2nd Class Michael Milan, from Seattle, communicate with a safety observer as they perform maintenance on the OE-82 antenna on the yardarm aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). The radar systems are located at the top of the ship's mast 218 feet above the waterline and can only be reached by climbing aloft. George Washington, the Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier, is underway supporting security and stability in the western Pacific Ocean. U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Danielle A.
