Arabian Gulf (Apr. 22, 2004) -- The Military Sealift Command (MSC) fast combat support ship USNS Supply (T-AOE 6) and USS George Washington (CVN 73) perform a connected replenishment at sea (RAS) and a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) at sea.  The Norfolk, Va.-based aircraft carrier and the Earle, N.J.-based fast combat support ship are on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
