Persian Gulf (Mar. 10, 2005) -- An Aviation Boatswain's Mate mans his flight quarters station at center deck between bow catapults one and two prior to the commencement of evening flight operations aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3) is embarked aboard Truman and is providing close air support and conducting intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance over Iraq.
