Koper, Slovenia (Feb. 4, 2003) -- USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) Deck Department Sailors spray off the anchor with fire hoses as the ship prepares to get underway with Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW-3).  Truman completed a port call in Koper, Slovenia.
