PERSIAN GULF (Dec. 19, 2007) -- Crewmembers aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Carr (FFG 52) send a RHIB to recover OSCAR during a man-over drill. Carr is undergoing Unit Level Training Readiness Assessment Sustainment (ULTRA-S) evaluation. ULTRA-S is an evaluation of a ship's training proficiency.
