New York Harbor, N.Y. (Oct. 12, 2004) -- The Perry class frigate the USS Simpson (FFG 56) sails past the Statue of Liberty as part of a Parade of Ships. Simpson is currently taking part in the NATO Standing Naval Force Atlantic (SNFL) 2004 exercises.
