POINTE NOIRE, Republic of Congo (Jan. 18, 2010) -- The guided-missile frigate USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG 58) prepares to moor for a port visit at Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS) West. While in port, Samuel B. Roberts will provide training exercises and community relations projects.
