EVERETT, Wash. (Sept. 7, 2009) -- Sailors man the rails as the
guided-missile frigate USS Ingraham (FFG 61) departs Naval Station
Everett for a scheduled deployment. Ingraham will directly support the
U.S. maritime strategy by focusing on joint and international
partnerships across a range of operations through forward presence,
deterrence, freedom of the world's sea lanes, maritime security and
