NEW ORLEANS (Oct. 13, 2009)  -- The amphibious transport dock ship Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) New York (LPD 21) maneuvers under the New Orleans Crescent City Connection bridge on the Mississippi River after departing Northrop Grumman Ship Systems in Avondale, La.
