Kodiak Island, Alaska (Aug. 13, 2005) -- The amphibious transport dock USS Ogden (LPD 5) is assisted by a harbor tug at Kodiak Island, Alaska as the ship arrives for a port visit during the Alaska Shield/Northern Edge joint exercise. Alaska Shield/Northern Edge 2005 is the largest homeland defense/homeland security exercise ever conducted in Alaska.
