San Diego (Aug. 16, 2006) -- Sailors man the rails aboard the dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) as it pulls in its homeport at Naval Base San Diego.  Germantown, part of Expeditionary Strike Group Three (ESG-3), returned to San Diego after successfully completing a six month deployment in support of the global war on terrorism and maritime security operations (MSO).
