PANAMA CITY, Fla. (Dec. 12, 2007) -- Chief Craftmaster Charles Moore, assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 4, awaits tour groups aboard a landing craft air cushion (LCAC). LCAC-39 was stowed aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde's (LPD 19) well deck while the ship was moored pier side for its commissioning ceremony.
