Camp Patriot, Kuwait (Feb. 26, 2003) - Keeping the ramp safe and clear, a Beach Master Unit One (BMU-1) ramp marshal directs the craft master of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 52 to shuffle left during his departure. LCAC-52 is one of the Navy's high-speed hovercrafts that transport equipment, personnel and weapons systems.  LCAC-52 hails from USS Boxer (LHD 4), one of many amphibious vessels undergoing offload activities in the Central Command Area of Responsibility.
