SASEBO, Japan (Dec. 11, 2007) Hull Technician 3rd Class William Jordan, assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5, directs a landing craft air cushion ashore at its Sakibe facility.  Sailors from ACU-5 returned to Sasebo after completing a two-month fall patrol with the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2).
