SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 1, 2007) - Members attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) offload Republic of Korea (ROK) tanks and other equipment while aboard dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) at the close of Foal Eagle 2007. Foal Eagle is an annually scheduled exercise involving forces from the United States and the ROK to improve combat readiness through interoperability.
