Arabian Sea (Mar. 3, 2003) -- Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) craft approach the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) to transfer needed supplies and personnel.  LCACs travel up to 40 knots and are the work horse for heavy equipment movement and U.S. Marine amphibious operations.  Kearsarge is on deployment operating in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  U.S. Navy photo Photographer's Mate 3rd Class Angel Roman-Otero.  (RELEASED)
