PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 18, 2007) -- Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Corey Gray, from weapons department, transports crates of ammunition through the hangar bay of Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) to Military Sealift Command ammunition ship USNS Flint (T-AE 32) during a weapons offload. The weapons offload consisted of the movement of ordnance from Stennis to Flint over a two-day period. Stennis is on a scheduled deployment to promote peace, regional cooperation and stability.
