ARABIAN SEA (April 10, 2007) -- Operation Specialist 2nd Class Michael Sinnes conducts radio operations during a Search and Rescue (SAR) exercise in the Combat Direction Center (CDC) aboard Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Stennis, as part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, is on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO help set the conditions for security and stability, as well as aid counter-terrorism and security efforts to the regional nations.
