USS RONALD REAGAN, At sea (Oct. 25, 2006) -- Following a plane guard Search and Rescue (SAR) mission, an SH-60F Seahawk assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron Four (HS-4) approaches USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) for a landing. The Nimitz-class nuclear powered aircraft carrier is currently conducting Fleet Replacement Squadron Carrier Qualifications (FRSCQ) in the Southern California operating area.
