PACIFIC OCEAN (March 1, 2007) -- Commander, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14, Capt. Richard Butler makes an arrested landing aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) upon his return to the ship following an airborne change of command ceremony. During the 30-minute ceremony, Butler relieved Capt. Craig Williams as the commander of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14 during an aerial change of command ceremony in the skies above Ronald Reagan.
