PACIFIC OCEAN (March 1, 2007) -- Capt. Craig Williams, foreground, and Capt. Richard Butler fly F/A-18C Hornets above USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during their airborne change of command ceremony. Butler, a University of Kentucky graduate with more than 21 years of experience as a naval aviator, relieved Williams as the commander of Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 14 during an aerial change of command ceremony in the skies above Ronald Reagan.
