NORTH ARABIAN SEA (Sept. 5, 2008) -- Seaman Anthony Lugo steers the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during flight operations while wearing his favorite hat, a Dixie cup. Ronald Reagan has recognized Fridays as "favorite hat days" where Sailors are privy to wear any appropriate hat while on duty. Ronald Reagan is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
