Naval Air Station North Island, Calif. (July 23, 2004) - Crew members man the rails aboard USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) during arrival honors. The Navy's newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier is completing a two month transit from Norfolk, Va., to her homeport in San Diego, Calif.  Homeporting celebrations included various dignitaries like former First Lady Nancy Reagan, members of Congress, state officials and celebrities.  The ship is commanded by Capt.
