San Diego Calif. (Jul. 23, 2004) -- The Navy’s newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), arrives in San Diego Harbor to a homeporting celebration that was attended by various dignitaries such as Nancy Reagan, members of Congress, state officials and celebrities.  The ship, commanded by Capt.
